"Angry" Is A Healthy Emotion!

Feeling "angry" is perfectly normal and can serve as an indicator of some important needs of ours not being met. If we can take the opportunity to reflect and take actions toward meeting our needs, we will be able to transform the "anger" into "passion" to enhance the quality of our life. The first step of achieving so? Offer ourselves time and space to regain our mental balance before responding to the incidents.

感到“憤怒”是完全正常的。它可以作為覺察我們一些"未滿足需求"的重要指標。 如果我們能把握這個機會來省思並採取行動來滿足我們的需求,我們就能將“憤怒”轉化為“熱情”,並提升我們的生活品質。那要如何跨出第一步呢?首先,就是要給自己必要的時間與空間,來恢復自己心境的平衡。這樣我們才有機會對事件做出適當的回應。
